AUTHOR & MASTER TRAINER
Lynda McKim is the primary researcher and author of the Personality
DIMENSIONS®
(PD) and CAREER Dimensions™ (CD) assessment instruments.
With a Masters Degree in Adult Education, Lynda has taught at the secondary, college and university levels, as well as training
trainers and conducting a variety of workshops in corporate environments. She consistently receives exceptional reviews for her
knowledge, warmth and entertaining, dynamic, and highly professional delivery style.
Lynda worked for 6 years in community-based programs delivering a variety of human relations and self management training to broadly diverse populations.
At Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU), she counselled undergrads to PhDs, faculty, staff and alumni in career development and job search. She repeatedly
received “Outstanding” ratings for a Career Planning course and a Business Communications course she taught at WLU for 4 years.
As a Master Trainer in Personality DIMENSIONS®, Lynda has trained hundreds of facilitators in the ethical and effective use of the tool.
She has also authored four manuals to accompany the PD and CD tools that are considered the benchmarks of excellence in the delivery of these
assessment tools. Lynda is also certified to use Myers-Briggs, True Colors, and the Campbell Interests and Skills Survey..
